My education oscillates between history and fine arts, and it defines my designs the most. For me jewellery is not only an object nor a decoration. It is something more important. Jewellery is to define a person and inserts into her own frame to take place in the world. There is no future without the past. Through ages jewellery was an element that brought very strong emotional and ideological message. Till today it is very personal tool of self-determination, and at the same time very common, like a link that enhances people's connection. In my works I try to interconnect artistic afterimages of a historical craftsmanship and modern design point of view. In my workshop I use only manual methods of work, working mostly with brass, leather, amber, feathers. I am fascinating about ancient meaning of jewellery and implicit ancient methods of work, like Ancient Roman amber processing from I century AD.
